"War has broken out in the UKR. This morning, Field Marshall Lionel Mandrake took Aslan I Aibek prisoner and assumed complete control, effectively putting the UKR under military rule. All around the Empire, military bases have become warzones as military personnel take sides. While the Marshall claims control of the entire nation, only the province of Kazakhstan has been truly occupied as of right now."
Factions:
-Mandrake Government (Yellow) -SovietSparta
-Loyalist Forces (Blue)
-Ohguz Republic of Councils (Red)
-Kalmykia (Brown)
-Don Republic (Pink)
-Circassia (Light Green)
-Abkhazia (Light Teal)
-Georgia (Teal) -Trigori
-Armenia (Dark Orange)
-Aimakistan (Light Blue) -TISI
-Tajikistan (Green)
-Pamiristan (White)
-Sikh Liberation Movement (Orange)
-Republic of Balh (Pistachio, north of Aimakistan)
Mechanics:
This is how we will do the civil war, Tyrceria tabletop style:
You will have finances.
+100 for each city controlled
+200 for each port controlled
+400 for each capital controlled
Some cities/places will also have resources. These will give you some income as well.
The finances will be used to fund your military and bribes. Someone who either did this before (Vissegaard) or someone with military experience (Cibereus) will do a list of troops one can recruit with stats like attack, defense, speed (centimetres one can move on map) and special powers. These troops could be, for example: Militia, Horseback Militia, Motorized Militia, Infantry, National Guard, Palace Guard, Mountain Tribesmen, [insert calibre] Artillery, etc. Special powers can be, for example, improved speed in mountains for Tribesmen or bonus to night-time attacks for Spec Ops.
I don't remember the battle system, so Vissegaard should get down here and enlighten us.
Trade could make its appearance too. It gave extra income based on what you rolled. We could multiply this number by the price of the resource traded.
