4. How would you rebuild the military? How would you encourage people to join it and how would you keep it active?

12. We already had this planned, but certain two people did mistakes and now this raiding forces refuses to recognize TAF's authority. Would you want to persuade this individual to accept the royal authority, or would you rather create a new force?
